The scenes of Quinta da Foz are immortalized by him: he portrays the nature of our Quinta, the surroundings, but he never appears in the image! Thus, we want to tell you a little bit of his story…

Luis Antunes, photographs since he was 13 years-old. His father offered him a Konica that he still keeps in his memories trunk. He has travelled through the Portuguese islands and several countries in Europe and Africa, always with his camera around his neck.

Luis has always enjoyed to photograph nature, animals and the people he met along his way. He saw a little of everything, until he realised that what he really loves is to make macro photography, especially with wild life and nature as his favourite scenarios. And he became the photographer of… Quinta da Foz.
